- Qualification:
- Degree of recognized University.
- 2 years full time or 3 years part time Post Graduate Degree in Administration/Management with specialization in HRD/Personnel Management OR Post Graduate Diploma in Business Personnel/Personnel Management/HRD from a recognized University or Institute.
- Minimum Computer literacy. Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Upper age limit : 35 years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the candidates belonging to Backward classes. (Upper age limit is not applicable to the departmental employees who are working in the MSEDCL only).
